My Son The Hurricane
Wednesday, April 16
Doors 7:00 pm
Show 8:00 pm
My Son The Hurricane is a multi-horn, multi-drummer brass funk beast bringing a night of high-energy New Orleans-style funk to the Park Theatre.
Fresh off a massive run that took them across Canada, the USA, Scandinavia, France, Belgium, Lithuania, Latvia, Mexico, Scotland and England, the band has become one of North America’s premier live acts, with over 40 sold-out shows and lineups out the door on their last tour. They have shared stages with Foo Fighters, Flaming Lips, Jason Isbell, Gogol Bordello, The Wailers and more. Their live performance of “Mr. Holland’s Locust” has been viewed over 35 million times.
Now they hit the Park armed with new lead vocalist Sarah Faz, a bigger stage show and their latest album “Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.” Expect blasting horns, heavy grooves, huge sing-alongs and a full-on party from the first note.
